Raphael Perez, è nato nel 1965 ed è cresciuto a Gerusalemme,. attualmente vive e lavora a Tel-Aviv in Israele. E' laureato alla scuola di Gerusalemme di Visual Arts dove ha studiato dal 1988 al 1992.
